473 mL tall can. – Fisher King ESB was brewed in collaboration with beer writer Jordan St. John as a way to honour the Toronto legend Enoch Turner who was prominent in the beer scene of yore; he owned a successful brewery until it was ravaged by a devastating fire as well as opened a schoolhouse for the children of Irish immigrants in the community of what is now known as Cork Town.
It is reddish brown with notes of caramel, apricot and a rounding pleasant bitterness. A perfect beer for the changing of seasons. ABV 6.4 IBU 34
