Two Emotions Rye Saison

We tweaked our Autumn Saison recipe, taking it back to its homebrew roots, but still featuring 28% rye malt, which adds  a rich malt character and further accentuates Saison’s spicy side. Aromas of lemon peel, white pepper and clove are followed by sweet malt, coriander and citrus notes on the palate, leading to a smooth, dry finish. 6.6% 22 IBU
