This beer is brewed with all-Ontario Cascade from Hayhoe Farm and fermented with lager yeast at ale temperatures. Hopped like a pale ale, it has aromas of lemon tea, pomelo and tangerine flavours with a pithy lemon finish. ABV 5.5%
