Bine To Brew – Fresh Hop Harvest Ale

473 mL tall can.  ABV 5.7 IBU unknown

This is our fresh hopped pale ale made with hops exclusively from Hayhoe Hops in Aylmer, ON. Our brewmaster went on her annual pilgrimage to the hop yard to get hops pulled right off the bine, then drove them to the Granite to brew with them straight away. This year the beer is made all the more special because Vista fresh hops are part of the recipe (along with Cascade) making the Granite the first brewery in the world to use them in this way. The aroma and flavour is a floral, tropical fruit explosion with a rounding bitter finish.
