In 1991, brewing open-fermented English ales in a world dominated by big lager was a bold move. Serving an English IPA exclusively on cask? Even more stubborn.

Thirty-five years later, we’re celebrating with a refreshed version of our flagship IPA. Fingers Crossed is named after a phrase that’s echoed through the brewery for decades, especially over the last year and a half.

This beer celebrates staying true to who we are while continuing to adapt, evolve, and forge ahead in an ever-changing industry. Here’s to 35 years of great beer and community—and, fingers crossed, many more to come.
