Isolation Nation- SMASH Pale Ale

473 mL tall can. This is a 100% Canadian SMASH (single malt/single hop) pale ale, made with two-row and Sasquatch hops (the first Canadian variety and generously donated to us by Hops Connect). This time around it was brewed in our closed fermenter FVX but with our house yeast strain, Ringwood. It is straw in colour, with a citrusy aroma and notes of mandarin, lemon and tea.  ABV 5.6 IBU 25
